Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Customer Success Lead for our Professional Services and Customer Success function. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption, and delivering measurable business impact through our decision intelligence platform. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer success and services team.
Build and execute service delivery strategies that align with company goals.
Partner with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
Oversee onboarding, implementation, and adoption processes to ensure customer success.
Continuously optimize operational processes for efficiency and quality.
Own the P&L for Professional Services, including forecasting and profitability tracking.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer outcomes.
Act as the primary escalation point for strategic accounts, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or a similar leadership/consultative role in SaaS or AI technology; experience inclusive of account health management, project/timeline management, guiding a team on required deliverables and strategic content delivery.
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex client projects successfully across a variety of analytics projects inclusive of but not limited to... strategic pricing and menu engineering, media optimization, customer RFM and loyalty, store forecasting, etc.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Background in restaurant analytics and data.
Nice to Have:
Background in restaurants or technology industry.
Experience with AI, data analytics, or marketing technology platforms.
Understanding of restaurant POS, loyalty, or ordering systems.
Experience managing P&L and driving service profitability.
